Congressman John Lewis is a man of deep faith. He graduated from the American Baptist Theological Seminary
and has been an active member of his local church for many years. We have created special opportunities for people of faith to engage with Congressman Lewis around the release of 'John Lewis: Good Trouble' including a National Call with Congressman Lewis, Digital Screenings for Houses of Worship, and the #GoodTrouble GOTV Campaign.

Digital Screenings for Houses of Worship - Launching July 5, 2020

FAQ

Q: We want to participate. Do we have to host the screening on July 5th? 
A: July 5th is Good Trouble Sunday - the national launch of the program. Your House of Worship can host a digital screening and raise funds on July 5 or after as John Lewis: Good Trouble rolls out in Summer 2020. 

Q: Does my House of Worship need special equipment to host a digital screening?
A: No. Your members will enjoy the content on their own devices (computer, mobile, or television), no additional
equipment is needed.

Q: Is there any cost associated with hosting a digital screening of ‘John Lewis: Good Trouble?’
A: No. There is no cost for Houses of Worship to participate in the program.

Q: When can my members view ‘John Lewis: Good Trouble?’
A: After purchasing an e-ticket, your members will have 30 days to open it and 72 hours to watch the film. For
appointment viewing, let your members know what time they should press play on their devices. Use the hashtag
#GoodTroubleFaith to discuss the film online.

Q: How will I know how many tickets are sold using my link?
A: The system will track the number of tickets sold through each link. The ‘John Lewis: Good Trouble’ team will
follow up with your organization’s contact after the screening to share numbers and support.

Q: How much are e-tickets
A: Tickets are $12. $5 of each ticket goes back to your House of Worship! 

Q: Why is this opportunity available to Houses of Worship?
A: Congressman John Lewis is a man of deep faith. He graduated from the American Baptist Theological Seminary
and has been an active member of his local church for many years. During this time of social distancing, he wanted
to provide support for Houses of Worship and give people of faith a special opportunity to see the film.

Q: What happens after I complete the form? 
A: You will receive a confirmation email from the "Good Trouble" team. Shortly thereafter, you will receive a link to a landing page for your House of Worship that you can begin sharing immediately.
